Mary Bracey, owner and pastry chef, has been designing wedding and specialty cakes and desserts since 1996. Mary is a graduate of Florida Culinary Institute’s Baking and Pastry program.
Mary's philosophy is simple: to make the most elegant looking, fabulous tasting creations from only the finest ingredients. She strives to combine her life-long passion for baking and her gift of artistry with an experience her clients will truly enjoy and remember for many years to come.
