Nut chiffon cake in almond, hazelnut and macadamia
Pound cake in vanilla bean, traditional butter, chocolate, marble and lemon
Carrot spice cake
Double Chocolate Cake, a rich and heavy cake
Coconut Cake
Fillings:
Italian Meringue Buttercream with whipped egg whites (light Buttercream)
French Buttercream with whipped egg yolks (rich Buttercream)
Buttercreams can be flavored with chocolate, coffee, fruit purees, extracts and liqueurs
Cream Cheese Filling
Lemon, orange, and lime curd
White/milk/dark chocolate or fruit mousse
White/milk/dark chocolate ganache
Fresh fruit
Fruit marmalade
Nut crunches
Caramel
A combination of these fillings can be used
Frostings:
Italian Meringue Buttercream (can be colored and/or flavored)
